The Quick View tool allows you to run instantaneous scans. You do not need to create a project, manage users or wait for the scan process to complete. All you need to do is to drag and drop a file, folder or an archive (.zip, .tar, .rar, .tar.gz, .7z, .tgz, .tar.bz2) and you will automatically be able to browse the file structure, select any file and the scan results will appear promptly. Note that the configuration options can be altered at any time, and you’ll see the results in real time. Also note that this works only for KB components and not for the Component Intake feature.
